i've been suffering from headache for these past few days. Wasn't able to manage my time pretty well leaving me less time to sleep and recharge. Lack of sleep has an adverse effect on me. It affects my physical health, emotional health and i just can't really think straight for these days.
I'm thankful that there is the Sabbath day to get recharged and have some rest. I wish and pray things will get better before a new work week starts.
